Important Security Notes

Always log out from shared or public computers after using Route-X.

Using Route-X with Zoom
Calendar Integration
Use Case: Keep Route-X sessions aligned with connected providers managed in the Integrations page so booking availability and updates stay consistent.
Prerequisites: Active Zoom account, Route-X installation from Zoom Marketplace, signed-in Route-X user, and Zoom connected from Dashboard → Integrations.
Meeting Link Generation
Use Case: Automatically generate Zoom meeting links when creating appointments in Route-X without leaving the platform.
Prerequisites: Zoom connected in Dashboard → Integrations, valid Zoom authorization, and required meeting permissions granted.
Scheduled Meetings
Use Case: Manage upcoming coaching sessions with synchronized schedules and provider links maintained through Integrations.
Prerequisites: Signed-in Route-X user, active Zoom account, Zoom integration connected, correct timezone settings, and scheduling permissions.
Connect or Disconnect Zoom
- Go to Route-X Dashboard → Integrations.
- Find the Zoom integration card.
- Click Connect to authorize, or Disconnect to remove access.
- Confirm the status changes to Connected or Disconnected.
Uninstalling Route-X
Uninstall Steps
Go to Zoom Marketplace.
Navigate to Manage → Installed Apps.
Select Route-X.
Click Uninstall.
What happens after uninstall
- All integrations are disconnected.
- Meeting synchronization stops.
Data Handling and Privacy
- User tokens are deleted upon uninstall.
- No meeting or personal data is retained.
- Users can contact support for data deletion confirmation.
Using Route-X with Google Calendar and Google Meet
Google Calendar Sync
Use Case: Keep Route-X appointments synchronized with Google Calendar after connecting via the Integrations page.
Prerequisites: Active Google account, signed-in Route-X user, Google Calendar connected from Dashboard → Integrations, and correct timezone settings.
Google Meet Link Generation
Use Case: Automatically create Google Meet links for virtual sessions once Google Calendar is connected in Integrations.
Prerequisites: Google Calendar connected in Dashboard → Integrations, permission to create events and conferencing links, and valid Google authorization.
Connect or Disconnect Google Calendar
- Go to Route-X Dashboard → Integrations.
- Find the Google Calendar / Google Meet integration card.
- Click Connect to authorize, or Disconnect to remove access.
- Verify the integration status is updated.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure you are connected to the intended Google account.
- Reconnect from Dashboard → Integrations if sync or link generation fails.
- Confirm calendar permissions were granted during authorization.
Using Route-X with Outlook
Outlook Calendar Sync
Use Case: Synchronize Route-X schedules with Outlook Calendar after enabling Outlook in Integrations.
Prerequisites: Active Microsoft account, signed-in Route-X user, Outlook connected from Dashboard → Integrations, and granted calendar permissions.
Meeting Scheduling
Use Case: Create and manage scheduled sessions from Route-X while reflecting event updates in Outlook.
Prerequisites: Outlook connected in Dashboard → Integrations, valid Microsoft authorization token, and allowed access for event management.
Connect or Disconnect Outlook
- Go to Route-X Dashboard → Integrations.
- Find the Outlook Calendar integration card.
- Click Connect to authorize, or Disconnect to remove access.
- Confirm the connection status updates correctly.
Troubleshooting
- Verify you are signed into the correct Microsoft account.
- Reconnect from Dashboard → Integrations if sync errors appear.
- Re-authorize permissions if event creation is denied.
